About Field Force

Field Force is a North Dakota–based agricultural workforce partner specializing in H-2A filings and compliance. We work directly with farm owners across the U.S. to manage paperwork, timelines, and recruiter coordination—providing clear, reliable support through every season. As farmers ourselves, we understand the challenges of running a farm and strive to help other farmers succeed. 

As someone who grew up on a farm in rural North Dakota, is married to a farmer, and comes from a farming family, I understand how critical a reliable workforce is. My family has relied on H-2A labor for many years, so I know firsthand the challenges farmers face—and how valuable the program can be when done right.
